We are so confident with the quality of our accessories, that if your product has a manufacturer defect during the time that you own it, we will send you new replacement - like for like.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care your case, sleeve, bag or strap, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.

Each item is made to order, and it usually takes us 2-5 business days for us to create and dispatch the item out to your lovely self, and then the delivery times are as follows:

Europe, Canada & Asia - Shipping up to 5 - 10 business days

Australia - Shipping up to 5 - 10 business days
